Adding pre-header text
Pre-header text is the first few lines of the content of your email. If you are using a plain text template or similar, you will need to bear this in mind. With our collection templates, we have set a specific section in the HTML to allow you to add a pre-header message to your campaigns.
- Switch the email into code view.
- Search for Pre-header in the email body.
- Edit the black text (this is the text which will appear in the pre-header) as required.
